I’ve always loved maps. And this is one of my favourites. The abstract shapes of the Greater London boroughs have always appealed to me. I’ve coloured the boroughs in different shades of pink contrasting with a fluorescent yellow background. Printing the image on brushed aluminium makes the colours even more vivid.
This piece is digitally coloured by hand. The image is printed on a slim sheet of brushed aluminium, this gives the piece an etched appearance.
London in Colour is an edition of 25. We currently have one piece in stock. Further editions can be made to order and delivery can be expected 2-3 after the artwork is purchased.
